7. Marketing Communications and CASL

We only send marketing emails and text messages where you have given express consent. Each message includes a clear unsubscribe mechanism. You can withdraw consent at any time by clicking unsubscribe or contacting us at hello@bloomic.ai.

In compliance with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL), we will not send commercial electronic messages to Canadian recipients without express or implied consent within applicable CASL timeframes. For text messages, reply STOP at any time to opt out. Standard messaging rates may apply.

8. Do Not Track (CalOPPA)

Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" (DNT) setting that requests that your browsing not be tracked. We do not currently respond to DNT signals, as there is no consistent industry standard for their interpretation. To limit tracking, manage your cookie preferences, use the opt-out links in Section 5, or use a browser extension that blocks tracking technologies.

11. CCPA / CPRA — California Residents

Bloomic does not sell personal information to third parties as defined under CCPA/CPRA.

Sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising
We may share cookie identifiers and browsing data with advertising platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn) for cross-context behavioral advertising. Under CPRA, you have the right to opt out. To opt out, use the links in Section 5 or email hello@bloomic.ai with the subject line "Do Not Share My Personal Information."

We do not disclose personal information to third parties for their own direct marketing purposes.

Submitting a request
Submit requests to know, delete, correct, or opt out by emailing hello@bloomic.ai. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your CCPA/CPRA rights.

12. Automated Decision-Making

Bloomic does not currently use automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects on individuals, as described under GDPR Article 22. Our AI-powered features operate within our platform for clients and do not process the personal information of individuals submitting the forms on this page in any automated decision-making capacity.

If this changes, we will update this policy and, where required by GDPR, provide you with information about the logic involved and the significance of such processing.

14. Cross-Border Data Transfers

FH Health Inc. is incorporated in Canada. We use service providers in the United States and the EU. Your personal information may be transferred to and processed in jurisdictions outside your country of residence.

For transfers of personal data from the EU or UK to countries not deemed adequate by the European Commission or UK ICO, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or other approved transfer mechanisms. Our third-party providers maintain their own transfer agreements.

For Canadian residents, transfers to the US are subject to US laws which may differ from Canadian privacy law.

15. Children's Privacy

Our services are directed at healthcare professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18. If we become aware that we have done so without appropriate consent, we will delete it promptly.

16. Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, alteration, or disclosure. No method of electronic transmission is 100% secure. If you believe your information has been compromised, contact us immediately at hello@bloomic.ai.

17. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy periodically. The date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated to active contacts by email where required by law. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
